Hi there, and thank you for your interest in finding out more about us. The Free Creatives is a group of creative people — more specifically, web designers — who strive to live free lives, both creatively and in the workplace. We feel that all too often those in our professional feel trapped by client’s needs, business problems, and work related annoyances. As creative people, we understand the need for freedom. We want to design when we want, and how we want. We are dedicated to bettering our lives creatively and professionally.

Don’t get us wrong, we are not all freelancers. While we host a number of freelance-related articles on The Free Creatives, we appreciate those who are not freelancers, and who chose to work the 9-5 in design professions. Some of us freelance, some of us don’t, but the point is that we all genuinely love what we do.

Some of us have been bloggers, some of us have freelanced and returned to a day job, and some of us have worked with high-end firms and with high-end clients. We come with a variety of experiences ready to share with you. Through our expertise and experiences, we hope to 1) make you a better web designer and 2) help you live a professional life you love.
